The Soul of Mestiza Gastrobar
From colombia to the world, and from the world to the heart of Málaga. After training at Hofmann and L´Atelier schools in Barcelona, i perfected my technicque alonside masters as Xavier Pellicer in BCN and Txapartegui Brothers in the Basque Country.
My journey led me to serve as Sous Chef in Fyri Resort in Norway, But today, my destination is Mestiza. Here, i offer you ¨sincere cuisine¨, a bridge between my Colombian roots, European Avant-garde, and the exceptional local produce of Málaga.
